Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 kg potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 egg(s) or 2
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Peel the potatoes and onion and finely grate them using the fine grater on a food processor. Then add 1-2 eggs, salt, and flour, and mix well. Place in an oiled pan and fry in 10 cm-diameter blobs until golden brown on both sides. Tastes best with applesauce.
