Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- some salt and pepper, white
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 5 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
cold garlic sauce for cold roast or meat fondue
Mix all ingredients very well and cover and chill for one hour.
