Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp horseradish, finely grated
- 1 tbsp apple, finely grated
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- some salt and pepper, white
- some chives, finely chopped, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
for cold meat or meat fondue
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl and refrigerate for one hour.
