  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 100 g butter
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • n. B. herbal salt

Instructions

Delicious, simple spread!

Roast the sunflower seeds in a nonstick pan until golden brown. Let cool. Mix room-temperature butter with the cream cheese, herb salt, crushed garlic cloves, and sunflower seeds. Let stand for a while.
