Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bottles of sauce (Mexican sauce)
  • 2 pts. cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, pureed (500 ml)
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes (500 ml)
  • salt and pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 1 large can of mushrooms with juice
  • possibly broth to lengthen
  • 1 pack of diced salami

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours

Brown the minced meat with the onions until crumbly. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, season generously, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for a few hours, adjusting the seasoning if necessary.
