Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- 1 can of corn
- 2 bottles of sauce (Mexican sauce)
- 2 pts. cream cheese spread
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 can/n tomatoes, pureed (500 ml)
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes (500 ml)
- salt and pepper
- Pizza seasoning
- 1 large can of mushrooms with juice
- possibly broth to lengthen
- 1 pack of diced salami
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 7 hours
Brown the minced meat with the onions until crumbly. Stir in all the remaining ingredients, season generously, and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for a few hours, adjusting the seasoning if necessary.
