Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 120 g spelt flakes
  • 200 g coconut milk
  • 120 g mango(s)
  • 60 ml water, max. 100 ml

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and dice it. Measure and combine the spelt flakes, coconut milk, and water. Simmer in a saucepan for several minutes until the desired consistency is reached. Additional water can be added on the stovetop during this time to prevent it from becoming dry. Serve fresh or chilled.
