Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g cashew nuts, ground
- 200 g cream cheese
- some salt and pepper
Instructions

also as a spread
Wash and trim the bell pepper and onion, then chop them into very small pieces. Then combine the cream cheese, bell pepper, onion, and cashews and mix until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes delicious with various breads and baguettes.
