Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 225 g sunflower oil
- 30 g stevia powder
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 5 m.-sized eggs
- 75 g almonds, ground
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 175 g flour
- 1 dl milk

Combine the oil, eggs, and stevia powder in a blender until smooth. Then add the vanilla sugar and baking powder. Blend again with the blender. Then add the cocoa powder, ground almonds, and milk until smooth. Finally, mix in the flour and pour the batter into a 24 cm diameter cake pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Decorate as desired. I used lactose-free milk. I assume it shouldn’t taste any different with regular milk.
