Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 large onion(s)
  • ½ liter soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • e.g. sesame
  • 2 tsp Nutella
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 10 minutes

for pork steaks and beef.

Peel the large onion and slice into rings. Peel the garlic and chop into small pieces. Season the meat well with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover with onions and garlic and pour over the oil. I pour enough oil on the meat to completely cover it. Then I add the soy sauce (mixed with Nutella) and mix all the ingredients well. The Nutella caramelizes the meat, making it even juicier. The meat is most tender if it is left to marinate overnight. Of course, you can also pan-fry the meat instead of grilling. This works well for pork steaks and beef.
