Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g leaf spinach
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, possibly more
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- e.g. vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 20 ml vegetable stock
- salt and pepper

Wash the spinach and spin dry. Finely chop the onion, press the garlic, and sauté both in oil until translucent. Deglaze with a little vinegar and the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Pour the hot sauce over the spinach, mix well, and serve immediately. Per serving: approx. 85 kcal, 4 g protein, 5 g fat, 5 g carbohydrates, 1 g fiber, 0 BE
