Stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 200 g herb cream cheese
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

with cream cheese and ham

Clean and hollow out the mushrooms, and chop the stems. Cut the ham into small cubes. Blend the stems and lamellae with the ham and cream cheese until a paste forms and stuff the mushroom caps. Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese and cook at 175°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes using conventional oven heating. I serve this with whole-grain toast and butter.
