Avocado cream with Gorgonzola

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), ripe
  • 100g Gorgonzola
  • Salt
  • pepper, black
  • lemon juice
  • 1 lettuce leaf

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Hollow out the avocado, mash the flesh in a plate, add the mashed cheese, mix, and season with salt and pepper. Add a few squeezes of lemon juice to complete the flavor. Arrange a plate with a lettuce leaf and scoop the avocado cream on top. Tip: Only prepare it shortly before serving to prevent the avocado from turning black.
