Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 4 bananas, very ripe
- 200 g brown sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 220 g flour
- 1 handful of walnuts

Moist banana bread with walnuts
Peel the bananas and puree them or mash them with a fork. Add the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg and mix with a mixer. In another bowl, combine the flour with baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and gradually sift them into the banana mixture. Mix everything together well and stir in the walnuts with a spoon. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (25 or 30 cm) and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 60 minutes. Then let it cool completely and remove from the pan. Tip: You can also make the banana bread with cashews, almonds, or fruits like raspberries or cherries.
