Almond milkshake with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 140 g blueberries, frozen
  • 1 large banana(s), ripe
  • 1 pinch of vanilla pulp
  • 360 ml milk (almond) or other plant milk
  • 17 g fine oat flakes
  • n. B. ice cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. If the shake isn’t cold enough, simply add two or three ice cubes. The oatmeal makes it very filling, but you can leave it out if you like.
