Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g potatoes, small
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tsp salt, coarse
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Wash the potatoes and scrub the skins with a brush. Then halve them, leaving the skins on. Brush a baking sheet with olive oil, tear the rosemary, and spread it on the sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt and pepper. Place the halved potatoes, cut-side down, on the sheet. Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes, until tender (test with a fork). Serve hot.
