Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp salt
- Tomato(s), pureed
- oregano
- some garlic salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes
with topping
Combine the flour, water, yeast, oil, sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, and the regular salt to form a yeast dough. I make this in a bread maker using the kneading program in 1.5 hours, but it works without. Mix the passata, oregano, and a little garlic salt to make a sauce (topping). The dough can now be rolled out on a baking sheet and topped with desired ingredients. It is then baked in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
