Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 200 g meringue(s) (from the baker)
  • 1 liter of cream
  • 1 ½ kg raspberries, frozen
  • 5 packs of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

for parties!

This dessert is quick and easy to make. Crumble the meringue, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks, and then layer it: first the crumbled meringue, then the raspberries, then the cream, and continue until all is used up. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
