Maple syrup mustard dressing

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 tbsp rapeseed oil or other oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. dill, fresh or frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes

tastes delicious with leaf salads and mixed salads

Blend the maple syrup with the mustard and oil until creamy. Then add the vinegar, spices, and herbs and mix well again. Pour over the prepared salad and toss to combine.
