Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml olive oil
- 250 ml white rum (Bacardi)
- 250 ml vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 tsp curry
- 3 tsp herbs de Provence
- 5 chili peppers
- 3 onions (peeled) in rings
- 1 kg garlic (peeled, whole cloves)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 10 days; Total time approx. 10 days 30 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. Add garlic and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Pour into jars and seal. Make sure there’s enough liquid! Let it steep for 10 days. Delicious with grilled food or a snack.
