Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa content)
- 50 g chocolate, whole milk
- 200 g cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without egg, in the ice cream maker
Heat the milk. Melt the chocolate in it and let it cool. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until semi-stiff. Stir the cooled chocolate mixture into the cream. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
