Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 2 stalks parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp oil
- 250 g herb cream cheese
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
A creamy treat with herb cream cheese
Clean and separate the mushrooms, halve small ones, and slice larger ones. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms. Add the diced onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the herb cream cheese and let it melt. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. This ragout is perfect as a side dish to steaks and similar dishes, or simply as a snack with fresh baguette.
