Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 bell peppers (color to taste)
- 400 g minced meat (beef or mixed)
- 8 tbsp cream cheese, with herbs
- Parmesan, grated (optional)
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Spice(s), as desired

Halve the peppers lengthwise and remove the white pith and seeds. Place the halves in a baking dish. Briefly brown the ground beef, season, and stuff half of it into the pepper halves. Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on each half of the ground beef, then scatter the remaining ground beef over the top. Sprinkle with a little grated Parmesan cheese, if desired. Place the baking dish in a cold oven and bake at 200°C/convection oven for about 25-30 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
