Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g blueberries (blueberries)
- 2 tbsp thyme (leaves)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp citric acid
- 300 g gelling sugar, 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Blueberry jam
Sort the blueberries, wash them, and drain well. Mix them with the gelling sugar in a tall saucepan. Add the thyme leaves and lemon juice and bring to a boil. Boil gently for at least 3 minutes, stirring continuously. Immediately fill the jam into twist-off jars, seal tightly, and place the lids on top.
