Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 300 g feta cheese
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- basil
- some oil for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the onions and chop as finely as possible. Wash or trim the tomatoes, carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Place everything in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, and the other spices. Drain any liquid that may have formed. Add the tomato paste and mix well again. Rub a baking dish with a little oil and add the vegetables. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and mix well with the sour cream. Pour over the vegetables to create an even coating. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 30 minutes – the cheese should be lightly golden brown. Serve hot.
