simple, quick and delicious
Remove any bones from the salmon, then wash and pat dry. Peel and slice the onion. Place 2 to 3 onion slices in the center of each piece of aluminum foil and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season the underside of the salmon with salt and pepper and place this side first on the onion slices. Sprinkle the top with the fish seasoning. Then cut the cold herb butter into thin slices and cover the salmon. Now clean and slice the radishes, then place them on the salmon along with the dill. Wrap the salmon in the aluminum foil, making sure the aluminum foil is sealed tightly so that no liquid can leak out. Place in a hot oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approx. 20-25 minutes, simply placing it on the oven rack. I recommend a mixed salad and baguette as a side dish.
