Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 10 tomatoes, dried in oil
- ½ tube(s) tomato paste
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 dashes of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
Instructions

with garlic and dried tomatoes
Bring the butter to room temperature in a bowl. Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and chop them with a hand blender. Peel the garlic and press it into the butter using a garlic press. Mix all ingredients well and refrigerate the tomato butter. It’s best to remove it 10 minutes before serving. It tastes delicious on crusty baguette, bread, or with grilled meat. Tip: Stir the basil into the butter.
