Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 60 g tomatoes, dried in oil
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Basil, as desired
- Spring onion(s), as desired
- Salt
- Pepper, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
The cream cheese should be at room temperature, as it’s easier to work with. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and basil leaves. Finely slice the spring onions. Mix these ingredients with the cream cheese in a large bowl (preferably with your hands) and season with freshly ground pepper and salt. Let chill in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.
