Cut the swede into thick slices, then into strips and then dice. Cover with vegetable stock and simmer gently. Check that it’s not too soft and not too firm, about 15-20 minutes! Drain the pieces and then make a dressing with the sliced shallot, spices, green cucumber, and the chopped piri-piri pod. Mix with the swede pieces and season with salt and pepper. Add a pinch of garlic, 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard, or more if desired, and 1 tablespoon of Mirael Whip Balance. Add your favorite spices to your taste, which are important for preparing the potato salad! Mix everything well and let it marinate. Fresh herbs enhance the flavor!
