Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g oat flakes
- 50 g sesame (or/and sunflower seeds)
- 70 g almonds
- 50 g desiccated coconut
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- 100 g dried fruit (such as dates, figs, raisins, etc.)
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- Vanilla pulp, a vanilla pod
- 4 tbsp coconut oil (or butter/cooking oil)
- 3 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
simple, quick to bake and versatile!
Chop the dried fruit and mix it with the oats, almonds, and sesame seeds. Add the remaining ingredients and knead thoroughly with your hands. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes. The granola should have a beautiful golden color and be fragrant. Of course, you can vary the ingredients.
