Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ garlic clove(s)
- 6 tbsp rapeseed oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions

For all kinds of salads
Whisk the balsamic vinegar, mustard, and sugar with a fork. Squeeze the garlic clove and add it. Finally, add the rapeseed oil and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Suitable for all types of leaf salads. Also possible with dark balsamic vinegar, ideal for tomato and mozzarella salad.
