Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g pasta (spirali)
  • 750 g minced beef
  • 150 g sheep’s cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super tasty and easy

Cook the pasta until al dente. Sear the ground beef and season. Dice the feta cheese and onions. Add to the pasta in a casserole dish and mix well. Combine the tomato paste, sour cream, and cream and season. Crush the garlic and add. Pour the sauce over the casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
