Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 flatbread(s)
- 100 g cooked ham
- 1 can of mushrooms
- 100 g salami, mild
- 1 can of tomatoes (pizza tomatoes), pureed and seasoned
- 300 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the flatbread in half to create two pizza bases. Spread the pizza tomatoes on each base. Chop the ham, salami, and mushrooms into small pieces and arrange them on the pizza bases, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake the topped flatbread halves in the oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes.
