Baked rolls with leek spread

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 stalk(s) leeks
  • some margarine
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 5 rolls or 10 slices of baguette

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim and finely chop the leek, then sauté it in the margarine. Chop the ham and add it to the leek along with the Gouda cheese. Add the cream and stir until the cheese melts. Let it cool or spread it immediately on baguette slices or half a roll. Bake at 225°C for 10-15 minutes.
