Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 leek(s)
- 100 g bacon cubes
- 600 ml beef broth
- 1 pack of processed cheese (salami processed cheese), approx. 200 g
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Fry the minced meat and bacon cubes, season with salt and pepper. Cut the leek into medium-thick slices, then halve them. Add the leek and mince and fry briefly. Add the beef broth and bring to a boil. Now add the cream cheese and mix well. Serve with small pieces of buttered toast toasted in garlic butter.
