Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 rolls, flat
- 1 package of salami
- 1 package of cooked ham
- 200 ml cream, sweet
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small can of mushrooms
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 bag of cheese, grated (Gouda)
- 5 tsp ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the salami, cooked ham, bell peppers, and mushrooms into small cubes. Combine the cream, crème fraîche, and grated cheese in a bowl and mix well. For a little extra color, add ketchup to taste. Now halve the rolls and spread a 1 cm thick layer of the mixture. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C like a pizza.
