Espresso – Chocolate – Milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp coffee powder (espresso powder, instant)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 150 g whipped cream
  • 500 ml milk, low-fat
  • 5 tbsp chocolate sauce (instant)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dissolve the espresso powder and sugar in 100 ml of boiling water and let it cool. Meanwhile, whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fill the coffee with milk and pour into 4 glasses. Spoon 4 tablespoons of chocolate sauce down the inside of the glasses to create streaks. Pipe the cream onto the coffee. Drizzle the remaining chocolate sauce over the cream.
