Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 scoops of ice cream (bourbon vanilla)
- 200 ml coffee, cold
- 1 serving of whipped cream
- 2 cl Cointreau
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the cold coffee into a glass, add the ice. Top with Cointreau to make it tipsy, and top with whipped cream. I’ve been preparing my iced coffee this way for years and would love to share this culinary delight with you.
