Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp horseradish, from the jar
- dill
- some lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- some milk or cream, as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely dice the onion and mix with the cream cheese and horseradish. Finely dice the salmon. Wash and chop the dill. Add both to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice. If the spread is a bit too thick, add a little milk or cream until creamy.
