Baked smoked pork rosti in a pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) Kasseler, lean or streaky
  • 1 pack of potatoes (rösti), frozen
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream with herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Lay the smoked pork pieces flat in a baking dish. Arrange the frozen rösti directly on top. Mix the two types of sour cream and spread over the smoked pork and rösti. Then place in the oven at 160°C for about 1 to 1.5 hours. We always serve sauerkraut with it. This dish is also great for preparing for several guests, as it’s really no work at all.
