Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tuna, natural (185 g), drained
- 125 g quark, drained
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 1 lemon(s), the juice and the pulp
- 1 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the fish in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Goes well with whole-grain toast. Tip: If you have time, let the spread sit—I like leftovers best the next day.
