Tuna spread with quark

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, natural (185 g), drained
  • 125 g quark, drained
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice and the pulp
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the fish in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything together. Season with salt and pepper. Goes well with whole-grain toast. Tip: If you have time, let the spread sit—I like leftovers best the next day.
