Grape and pear cocktail

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tbsp hazelnuts (hazelnut flakes)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 4 tbsp sugar, brown or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 150 g grapes, red, seedless
  • 150 g grapes, green, seedless
  • 3 bulb(s)
  • 300 g yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • some mint for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without fat, remove, and let cool. Squeeze the lemon and mix the juice with 3 tablespoons of sugar (or maple syrup) and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Wash the grapes, pat dry, remove the stems, and halve them. Wash the pears, quarter them, remove the cores, and cut them into thin wedges. Toss the grapes and pears with the lemon juice mixture. Season the yogurt with 1 tablespoon of sugar (or maple syrup) and a pinch of cinnamon. Divide the fruit among 4 dessert glasses and spoon the yogurt on top. Garnish with nuts and mint.
