Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 130 g rice, cooked
  • 200 g apple in small cubes
  • 40 g onion(s), chopped
  • 260 g bell pepper(s), diced, green, fresh
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 200 g cheese, mild, diced
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 5 gherkins, diced
  • 250 g mayonnaise
  • Cucumber juice as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Garnish with a few parsley leaves.
