Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 130 g rice, cooked
- 200 g apple in small cubes
- 40 g onion(s), chopped
- 260 g bell pepper(s), diced, green, fresh
- 200 g ham, cooked, diced
- 200 g cheese, mild, diced
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 5 gherkins, diced
- 250 g mayonnaise
- Cucumber juice as needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes
Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Let stand for at least 2 hours. Garnish with a few parsley leaves.
