Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g pasta (bows, croissants, etc.)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 2 apples, aromatic
- 2 gherkins
- 2 spring onions
- 250 g salami or cervelat sausage
- 100 g cheese (Edam)
- 8 tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions, rinse, and drain well. Dice the peppers and apples, slice the onion, and strip the cucumber, sausage, and cheese. Mix the ingredients with the pasta in a bowl. Combine the mayonnaise with yogurt, mustard, and lemon juice and toss lightly with the salad ingredients. Let stand for at least an hour.
