Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 100 g tomatoes
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 100 ml cream
  • 100g Gouda
  • 5 rolls
  • salt and pepper
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 45 minutes

Dice the tomatoes and onions, leaving out the inside of the tomato, as this would make the mixture too runny. Season everything generously with salt and pepper. If you like, you can also add basil. Finely grate the cheese. Mix the three ingredients in a bowl and then pour over the cream. Refrigerate overnight. Cut open the rolls and spread the mixture on top. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake the rolls for about 15 minutes.
