Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta, gluten-free
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 cup soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 2 zucchinis
- 200 g cheese, grated, lactose-free
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Chop the onion and zucchini into small pieces. Place in a baking dish with the drained pasta, passata, and soy cream, mix everything together, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
