Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 3 onions
- 100 g bacon
- 1 jar lettuce (Pustasalat) drained weight 190g
- 250 ml cream
- 1 jar mushrooms, drained weight 240g
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Rinse the pork schnitzel under running water and pat dry. Heat oil in a pan and briefly fry the schnitzel on both sides. Season the schnitzel with salt and pepper, spread a thin layer of mustard and tomato paste on both sides, and place in a greased baking dish. Peel and slice the onions. Cut the bacon into strips. Sauté both ingredients in the remaining fat and add to the baking dish. Drain the pudding and mushrooms in a sieve, mix with the cream, and spread over the schnitzel. Place the dish on the oven rack and bake until the schnitzel is cooked through.
