Cucumber salad with shrimp

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g shrimp(s)
  • 1 orange(s), the juice
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Pepper, white
  • ½ clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Drizzle the shrimp with orange juice and marinate for half an hour. Wash and dry the cucumber, halve lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut into approximately 1 cm cubes or 1 cm thick sticks. Prepare the salad marinade with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil. Add the cucumber pieces and shrimp to the marinade and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped dill and serve.
