- 1 tarte flambée dough
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g seasonal fruits or berries
- cinnamon sugar
- Honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 minutes; Total time approx. 16 minutes
very good to make with pizza stone
Preheat the pizza stone in an indirect grill for 15 minutes. Spread the tarte flambée dough evenly with crème fraîche, leaving a border of about 1 cm free. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and drizzle with honey. Cut the fruit—I like ripe fruit, currently nectarines, peaches, plums, strawberries, etc.—into fairly large pieces. Bake the tarte flambée over high indirect heat (220°C) for 5-6 minutes, until the surface is bubbling. Remove the tarte flambée from the grill and add the fruit.
