Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 pretzel rolls
- 8 slices of Leberkäse
- Mustard
- 1 tomato(s)
- coleslaw
- 8 processed cheese slices
- fried onions
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut open the pretzel rolls. Top the top half with a slice of processed cheese and place in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, lightly brown the meatloaf. When the rolls are done, spread the bottom half with mustard. You can also use sweet mustard if you like. Place a slice of tomato on top, followed by the meatloaf. Spread some coleslaw and fried onions on the meatloaf and cover with the top half of the pretzel roll.
